Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Tararara Foods, your satisfaction is very important to us. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in special cases, as outlined below:

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation, as products are processed and packed fresh.

  • In case of duplicate payment or accidental order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order at contact@tarararafoods.com or WhatsApp +91 6354920758.

📦 Refunds & Replacements

We do not accept returns, but refunds/replacements are available if:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or leaked during transit.

  • The product was expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.

📸 Proof Required

To claim a refund or replacement, please share the following within 24 hours of delivery:

  • A clear photo of the outer packaging.

  • A clear photo of the product received.

  • Order ID and details.

💳 Refund Process

  • If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD, we will initiate a bank transfer/UPI refund after verification.

  • For replacements, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
